Silverhand Solaris has the most wonderful dexterity to produce anything from dry to sweet wines. Our still, unoaked, interpretation is a dry version but still displaying the trademark ripe fruit and perfumed aroma associated with this varietal.
THE WINE
With its straw yellow hue, and flecks of green, each glass of Silverhand Solaris bursts with citrus, stone fruit and delicate tropical aromas that tantalise the senses.
On the palate there is a refreshing zestiness coupled with ripe fruit flavours and subtle creaminess that coat the mouth and linger with a delightfully long finish.
THE PERFECT PAIR
Silverhand Solaris is a refreshing alternative as an aperitif, with pistachios, almonds or olives but equally delicious accompanying lighter starters such as a Goats cheese and fig tart or chicken Caesar salad.
