It is a traditional method English Sparkling wine, blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes and stays on the lees for two years in the bottle before being riddled and disgorged.
THE WINE
A perfumed nose with hints of citrus and white fruits. Fresh and easy on the palate, with a creamy mousse and notes of honeysuckle, ripe peach, citrus and a slight toasty note on the finish.
Its balance and freshness are enhanced by a light dosage and time on the lees allows for additional delicate brioche notes to enhance the fruit and floral flavours.
